Experience the sunset on a twilight hike

Your journey begins at 10:00AM, departing the trailhead at picturesque Whalers Cove. You'll embark on a fully guided walk along a trail in nature. The path, ranging from easy stretches to moderate inclines, winds through coastal bushland, along the beach and onto the granite rise at Uredale Point. Challenging terrain includes sand, exposed roots and rocks, boardwalk, uneven rock steps, beach sand, wooden steps and sheet granite. Balance and agility are required. know your capabilities for walking in the wild.

See the majestic and captivating King George Sound, the serene water in Princess Royal Harbour, and foamy waves at Bramble Beach. Feel the fresh air and immerse yourself in the natural beauty of the Albany coastline.

Throughout your approximately 2-hour walk to Uredale Point, your expert guide will share stories of flora, fauna, Menang use of the land, the spectacular landscape and settlement. A narrative is woven that brings the landscape to life.

As you absorb the stunning views, indulge in a gourmet, bush-flavoured picnic lovingly prepared by local baker, BredCo.  Fresh fruit, sandwich, fresh squeezed juice, croissant.  And at the trail end a warm tea/coffee and sweet treat!

The adventure continues when you retrace your steps along the trail.  Across the granite, through the bushland, along the beach and dune, into the jarrah woodland and coastal heath to your start point. Stunning!
